Crew that are logged into the site can send you a message using Boatigo's secure messaging.  You can easily see if Crew are verified by checking their profile.

To do this, log in and navigate to "My Account > Messages"

Click on the conversation from the Crew member.

Click on the Crew's profile picture (may display a blank avatar if they have not set a picture).

This will open up their profile.

If they are verified, you will see the below verification badge on their profile.

If you can't see the badge, they are not verified.
