Boatigo community members can have their ID verified for free by completing the verification request form.  Verified members let the community know that the person has had their photo ID matched to a selfie that contains a unique one off verification code - letting you know they are who they say they are.

You can easily see if a Skipper has their ID verified by finding their listing and viewing it.

If they are verified, you will see the "Verified User" badge above their name.
