To add a listing, you will need to have a Skipper account with Boatigo.
1. To start a listing click on "Add Listing"
2. Complete all sections of the listing form
BASIC INFORMATION
Boat name (required): The name of your vessel
Trip types (required): Select all trip types that you may do when out on the water - this is multiple choice. This allows users to filter search results.
Features (required): Select all features that apply to your vessel - this is multiple choice. This allows users to filter search results.
Compliance (required): This confirms that your vessel is compliant with any boating regulations for the areas it is operated in. Only compliant vessels are allowed on the Boatigo site.
LOCATION
Suburb (required): Select the closest city / town / area where you usually start your boating trips.
Region (required): Select your country.
Longitude and Latitude (required): These are automatically set when you select your suburb.
DETAILS
About your trip(s) and boat (required): Tell people all about your trips and boat.
Things such as:
- Where do you usually go?
- What do you usually do on the trips and what can people expect?
- Year, make, model of your vessel
- Size and interesting features of the vessel
This is the place to outline all the details to help people make an informed decision as to whether they should message you to connect.
GALLERY
Upload some great pictures of your vessel. The more the better. Remember that pictures will play the biggest role in helping Crew determine if they want to join you on your trips. You can add up to 15 images and each can be a maximum file size of 5MB.
- Re-order images by dropping and dragging them
- Set a feature image by clicking the image. The feature image will have a gold star on it
- To remove a picture, click "Remove file"
Once you have completed all required information click the "Preview" button to preview your listing.
If you are happy with your listing, click "Save" and the listing will be live.
